Learn Strategies for Healthy Eating, Physical Activity, Sleep and Self-Care

The CHEERS well-being project is a 10-month healthy eating, physical activity, and self-care program. Educators participate in a 12-week well-being professional development course with opportunities to connect virtually with other early childhood educators.

Monthly meetings with a Health Promotion Leader provide support to create goals towards shaping healthy environments for young children in your centre.
